【摘要】 目的了解脑外伤偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、社交回避及苦恼量表、伤残接受度量表和心理弹性量表对104例脑外伤偏瘫患者进行调查。结果患者的社交回避及苦恼得分为(19.65±5.72)分;多元回归分析显示:年龄、文化程度、伤残接受度、心理弹性是患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素,共解释患者社交回避及苦恼得分总变异的38.4%。结论脑外伤偏瘫患者的社交回避及苦恼受多种个体因素的影响,护理人员应做好相关评估及采取针对性措施来改善其社交回避及苦恼。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of social avoidance and distress among hemiplegic patients after cerebral trauma. Methods Totally 104 hemiplegic patients after cerebral trauma were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire,Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SADS),Acceptance of Disability Scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale. Results The total score of SADS was 19.65±5.72. Multiple regression analysis showed that age,educational level,acceptance of disability and resilience were influencing factors of social avoidance and distress,which could explain 38.4% of the total variance. Conclusion Social avoidance and distress of hemiplegic patients after cerebral trauma is influenced by individual factors. Nurses should do relevant evaluation and take targeted measures to improve patients,social avoidance and distress.更多还原
