【摘要】 膝关节骨关节炎(OA)是一种常见的慢性、进行性关节疾病,随年龄增长,发病率增加。研究发现胫骨内侧平台承担全膝关节负重的60%~80%,因此多数膝关节OA患者表现为膝关节内侧间室OA。目前手术治疗方法主要包括膝关节单髁表面置换术(UKA)、全膝关节置换术(TKA)与胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)。近年在治疗膝内侧间室OA中关于UKA与TKA这两种手术方式的选择仍存在争论,不同的疗效评价方法也会影响手术方式的选择。为使临床医生选择合适的评价方式以提供有利于患者的手术,本文回顾近几年文献,分析总结了不同临床疗效评价方法对两种膝关节置换术后的评价结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knee osteoarthritis(KOA) is a common chronic progressive joint disease increased with aging.Studies find that the medial tibial plateau is responsible for 60%-80% of total knee joint weight,so the majority of the patients with KOA show medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee.The current surgery methods manily include unicompartmental knee arthroplasty(UKA),total knee arthroplasty(TKA),and high tibial osteotomy(HTO).There is still controversy about the choice of UKA and TKA in the treatment of medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee; while different evaluation methods for surgical outcomes may affect the choice.In order to provide the proper postoperative evaluation mehods for surgeons to choose the beneficial surgical procedure,this article reviewed the literatures in recent years and summarizes the results for the two surgical procedures by different curative evaluation methods.更多还原
