计及频率约束的环肋圆柱壳多目标优化研究

【摘要】 圆柱壳自由振动频率是潜艇静音性设计的一个重要指标。论文在经典圆柱壳多目标优化模型的基础上添加了频率约束条件。通过频率约束使结构振动与机械振动的频率错开,避开共振。采用NSGA-Ⅱ进行多目标优化求解,提出了基于所有子代获取Pareto解集,并与由最后一代得到的Pareto解集进行了比较。结果显示,基于所有子代的Pareto解集有一定优势。利用Pareto解集数据分析了频率约束对解的影响,这些分析可供实际工程设计参考。最后采用先聚类后评价的方法对基于所有子代的Pareto解集进行了评价优选。

【Abstract】 Free vibration frequency of a cylindrical shell is an important index for design of the submarine. This paper is based on the classical multi-objective optimization model for cylindrical shells,with the frequency taken as a constraint. The NSGA-Ⅱ method is used to study the optimization problem. The Pareto set based on all generations is proposed and compared with the Pareto set from the last generation. It is shown that the Pareto set based on all generations has some advantages. The effects of frequency constraint on the optimum results are analyzed. Finally,the method of post-clustering evaluation is applied to evaluate the Pareto set based on all offspring.
