【摘要】 目的:研究分析秦皇岛市第一医院深化实施"DOCTOR"采购管理体系的效果,以促进医院采购管理精细化、科学化,进而提升医院采购管理水平。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法调查院内科室采购成本控制与采购满意度情况,运用描述性统计、秩和检验等方法进行分析。结果:深化实施"DOCTOR"采购管理体系后,院内科室的采购满意度得到显著提升,采购成本显著降低。结论:"DOCTOR"采购管理体系能够有效帮助医院进行采购成本控制,提升采购满意度,具有可推广性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To assessment the effectiveness of DOCTOR procurement system in Qinhuangdao the 1st hospital to improve the refined management on hospital procurement management.Methods:hospital department procurement cost control and satisfaction were investigated by stratified random sampling,descriptive statistics and pared-samples rank test were used to analyze the data.Results:There is significant promotion on procurement satisfaction and reduce of procurement cost after implementing ’DOCTOR’ procurement management system.Conclusions:The ’DOCTOR’ procurement management system can effectively promote procurement satisfaction and reduce cost as well.It can be further developed.更多还原
