风险评估法在某金银冶炼项目职业病危害预评价中的应用

【摘要】 目的探索职业病危害风险评估方法,解决某金银冶炼项目预评价工作类比资料不足的问题,为企业今后的风险管理提供依据。方法采用改进过的新加坡有害化学品职业暴露风险矩阵半定量分析法,分析不同职业病危害因素的危害级别(HR)和不同岗位工人对不同职业病危害因素的暴露级别(ER),按模型:Risk=(HR×ER)1/2确定风险级别为1~5级,分别对应可忽视风险、低风险、中等风险、高风险、极高风险。结果接触粉尘的原矿给料工,接触氢氰酸(氰化钠)的铁尾矿工、氰化浸出工、解吸电解工为高风险;接触NO、草酸的提纯冶炼工,接触草酸的仓库工为低风险,其他工种均为中等风险。结论职业暴露风险矩阵半定量分析法可以在缺乏类比数据的条件下开展职业病危害预评价工作,并为企业的风险管理提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore rule of risk assessment,and solve the problem that was analogy date deficient about preevaluation of occupational hazards on a gold and sliver smelting construction project,and provide basis of risk management for enterprise.Methods By a improvement Singapore semi-quantitative method to assess occupational exposure to harmful chemicals,hazard rating( HR) of occupational hazard factors and explore rating( ER) of workers of expose occupational hazard factors were analyzed,determined risk rating by model: Risk =( HR×ER)1/2,the risk rating scaling of 1 to 5,respectively corresponding to negligible risk,low risk,medium risk,high risk,very high risk.Results High risk works were feeding worker exposure dust; tailing worker,parsing electrolytic worker; low risk works were purification worker exposure nitric oxide and oxalic acid; warehouse worker exposure oxalic acid; other workers were middle risk. Conclusion The semi-quantitative method to assess occupational exposure can do pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in the absence of analog data,and provided the basis for risk management of enterprise.
