【摘要】 目的探讨中药熏洗辅助康复训练对膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2015年5月~2017年4月收治的120例膝关节病和周围骨折患者,按照就诊顺序分成治疗组、对照组,每组60例。对照组患者术后采用相应的康复训练,治疗组在术后采用中药熏洗辅助康复训练。观察两组的临床效果、HSS膝关节评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、关节活动度(ROM角)。结果治疗组治疗后的总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的HSS评分、Lysholm评分均明显高于对照组,ROM角明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗辅助康复训练应用于膝关节病和周围骨折患者中,可提高临床疗效,改善膝关节功能,应用价值高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of herbal steaming and washing as an adjuvant therapy of rehabilitation training on the recovery of knee joint function.Methods From May 2015 to April 2017,120 patients with knee joint diseases and peripheral fracture were divided into treatment group(n =60) and control group(n =60) based on the sequences of visiting doctors.In the control group,patients were treated with the corresponding rehabilitation training after surgery.In the treatment group,Chinese herbal steaming and washing was added as an adjuvant therapy of rehabilitation training after surgery.The clinical effect,HSS knee score,Lysholm score of knee joint,range of motion(ROM angle) for joint were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 100% after therapy in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.00%(P <0.05).After therapy,score of HSS,and Lysholm were all much higher than those in the control group,ROM angle was obviously larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of herbal steaming and washing assisting on rehabilitation training to patients with knee joint diseases and peripheral fractures can improve the clinical curative effect as well as the function of knee joint,which has a high application value.更多还原
