【摘要】 目的研究优质护理在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选择2013年11月~2016年11月在我院神经外科接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者142例,采用随机分组的方式将其分为对照组、观察组,每组71例。对照组实施常规神经外科护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理干预。比较两组患者的治疗效果、对治疗期间护理服务模式的满意度、住院治疗总时间、围术期不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,对治疗期间护理服务模式的满意度高于对照组,住院治疗总时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者围术期的不良反应发生率为2.82%,低于对照组的11.27%(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者在治疗期间接受优质护理,可以在短时间内控制病情,防止术后出现各种不良反应,降低再出血事件发生率,提升治疗效果和患者对护理服务的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 142 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in department of neurosurgery of our hospital from November 2013 to November 2016 were selected and they were divided into the control group and observation group,and there were 71 cases in each group.The control group received routine department of neurosurgery nursing intervention,while the observation group received high quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The curative effect,the satisfaction degree of the nursing service mode during the treatment period,the total hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions during the perioperative period of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the nursing service mode during the treatment period was higher than that of the control group,and the total hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.82% during the perioperative period,which was lower than that in the control group(11.27%)(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing given in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can control the disease in a short period of time,prevent adverse reactions after operation, reduce the incidence of rebleeding event,improve the treatment effect and satisfaction degree of nursing service patients.更多还原
