【摘要】 公共体育服务协同供给是克服多元供给碎片化困境的机制选择,基于演化博弈理论,以湖北省"去运动"APP案例为分析对象,解释多元主体协同供给公共体育服务的策略选择过程及其影响因素。只有博弈各方参与协同行动的预期收益皆高于支付成本,才有可能促成公共体育服务的协同供给;多方主体参与协同行动的初始意愿是决定公共体育服务协同供给行动成败的关键变量,尤其当双方协同意愿不一致时,任何一方策略调整都会决定协同的最终状态;预期收益、支付成本与资源水平是影响策略调整的主要因素,预期收益值愈高,支付成本愈低,资源互补性愈强,愈有利于形成联合行动。从建立政府与社会主体的互信,加强政府的协同领导力建设,提升社会力量的自组织能力,改进利益分配和风险分担机制,注重参与者的资源共享和能力互补等方面提出相应政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative supply of public sports services become the realistic choice which can overcome the plight caused by multi supply.Based on evolutionary game theory,it explained the strategy selection process and its influencing factors of collaborative supply of public sports service through analyzing the case of "Doing Sports" APP in Hubei province.The results show that only the expected benefits of the game parties involved in collaborative action are higher than the cost of payment,it is possible to contribute to the collaborative supply of public sports services;The initial willingness to participate in cooperative action is the key variable.When the two sides are not in agreement,any strategic adjustment will determine the final state of the collaboration.Expected return,pay cost and resource level are the main factors that affect the strategic adjustment,the higher the expected return,the lower the cost,the stronger the resources,the more favorable to the formation of joint operations.Based on the above conclusions,some policy recommendations are put forward to establish the mutual trust between the government and social subjects,strengthen the government’s collaborative leadership,enhance the self-organization ability of social forces,improve the mechanism of benefits distribution and risk sharing,pay attention to the sharing and complementary capabilities of the participant’s resources.更多还原
