【Abstract】 After a long cultural accumulation,Chinese traditional condiment has formed unique cultural system;museum is the carrier of protection and inheritance of such kind of culture.Focus on the necessity of museumized protection of traditional condiments and the development status of domestic museums,the development model of foreign museums we can learn from,the necessity of encouraging folk collection.These cultural heritage exhibitions will be protected and inherited better and more professional from scratch,from weak to strong,from part to whole through museumized protection of traditional condiments.更多还原
