【摘要】 子宫腺肌病是一种妇科常见病,其临床治疗包括手术治疗、非手术技术以及药物治疗,但手术治疗为子宫腺肌病的主要治疗方法。根治性的子宫切除术目前已不为大多数患者所接受,因此,保守性手术是子宫腺肌病外科治疗的主要手段。文章结合子宫腺肌病的分型对子宫腺肌病的保守性手术治疗的手术方式选择进行探讨,以求为临床子宫腺肌病的保守性手术治疗提供线索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adenomyosis is a common gynecologic disease,and its treatment consists of surgery,nonsurgery techniques and drug therapy,but surgery is the main treatment for adenomyosis.At present,most patients are unwilling to accept total hysterectomy,and then conservative surgery is the main modality of surgical treatment for adenomyosis.In the paper,we aimed to investigate all the possible treatment alternatives of conservative surgical modalities for adenomyosis based on the subtypes of adenomyosis so as to provide clues to the conservative surgical treatment for adenomyosis.更多还原
