【摘要】 目的探讨应用血管平滑肌电刺激技术治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的疗效。方法收集2013年7月至2015年1月秦皇岛市妇幼保健院妇科门诊就诊的外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者54例,应用法国PHENIX 8 PLUS,采用血管平滑肌电刺激治疗程序进行治疗,其中50例完成1个疗程治疗。结果 50例患者治疗前后症状、体征评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);50例患者治疗后主观症状改善,有效率100%,其中25例(50%)治愈,25例(50%)有效;体征改善有效率54%,27例(54%)有效,23例(46%)无效。结论血管平滑肌电刺激技术治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变疗效显著、安全,患者易接受,期待为外阴上皮非瘤样病变病人提供一种新的有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the efficacy of treatment of vascular smooth muscle electrical stimulation for patients with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva.Methods Totally 54 patients with nonneoplasia epithelial disorders of vulva were collected in the gynaecology department of our hospital from July 2013 to January 2015,among whom 50 patients were treated by the French PHENIX 8 PLUS through vascular smooth muscle electrical stimulation.Results Comparing the score of signs and symptoms before and after treatment in 50 patients,all had significant difference(P <0.01). The effective rate was 100% in symptoms improvement,and 25 cases(50%)were cured,25 cases(50%) improved;the effective rate was 54% in signs improvement,and 27 cases(54%)were improved,23 cases(46%)invalid.Conclusion Vascular smooth muscle electrical stimulation in the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva has achieved a significant effect,and is safe,and easy to accept,which is expexted to be a new method in the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.更多还原
