聚丙烯酸作用下皮胶原纤维不同尺度结构的变化研究
Effects of polyacrylic acid on different scales of leather collagen fibers
【摘要】 采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和应力-应变分析对湿态和干态聚丙烯酸(PAA)复鞣革不同尺度结构进行了表征。结果表明:PAA主要在介孔和大孔结构层次与胶原纤维作用,在充水状态下,PAA对胶原纤维的聚集结构无明显影响,但在湿-干态转变过程中显著影响胶原纤维的聚集行为,使胶原纤维间的作用力及胶原纤维聚集的有序程度降低。
【Abstract】 The different scales structure of leather retanned with polyacrylic acid( PAA) under dry and wet state was characterized by transmission electron microscopy( TEM),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and stress-strain analysis. The results show that PAA mainly interacts with collagen fibers at the level of mesoporous and macroporous structure and has little influence on the aggregation structure of collagen fibers before drying. During the wetdry state transition PAA has significant effect on the collagen fibers aggregation with making the interaction force and the aggregation degree of collagen decreasing.
