隔夹层对双水平井SAGD开发效果影响数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of Interlayer Effect on SAGD Development by Double Horizontal Well
【摘要】 SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)技术是开采超稠油油藏的一项创举,对于合适的超稠油油藏,采用此项技术,在开采指标和经济效益上可获得满意的结果。超稠油油藏的储层非均质性对SAGD(蒸汽辅助重力泄油)开发效果影响较大,尤其是储层内发育的形态各异的夹层会对蒸汽腔的发育起到不同程度的阻挡作用,造成蒸汽腔发育迟缓。以加拿大麦凯河油砂区块为基础模型设计了非均质油藏不同位置、不同大小、不同厚度以及不同数量的隔夹层,确定了在不同的隔夹层发育情况下,区块油藏的温度、累计产油量、累计产液量和累计气油比的不同变化以及与隔夹层之间的关系,详细论述了隔夹层对双水平井SAGD开发效果的影响,从而预测区块油藏的注入蒸汽效果和对产量的影响,对于稠油开采具有十分重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Steam assisted gravity drainage( SAGD) technology is an innovation in the exploitation ofultraheavy oil reservoir. For suitable heavy oil reservoir in this technology,the satisfactory results can be obtained on the production indexes and economic benefit. The reservoir heterogeneity of the ultra heavy oil reservoir will have a greater influence on SAGD development. Especially when different kinds of interlayers form in the reservoir,they will affect to degrees of resistance on the development of steam chamber. It will cause stunting. In this paper,the author,by establishing the model designed of heterogeneous reservoir with different location in different sizes,has tried different thickness and different number of interlayer insulation to identify the different situations of interlayer insulation case,including the temperature of the block reservoir,the cumulative oil productionand cumulative fluid production and cumulative oil to gas variations and the relationship between the interlayers. The interlayer effects are discussed in detail on SAGD development by double horizontal well to predict the steam inject effect of the block reservoir and influence on production. It has a great significance for heavy oil development.
