【摘要】 目的通过湖北省随州市办理健康证的从业人员抗百日咳毒素IgG(PT-IgG)血清特异性抗体水平检测,了解该人群百日咳感染率。方法采集办理健康证的508名17-63岁从业人员血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清抗PT-IgG抗体,采用描述性方法对数据进行分析。结果在508名调查对象中,抗PT-IgG抗体阳性18名,阳性率为3.54%,几何平均浓度(GMC)为4.67IU/ml。以27-36岁人群易感性最高,抗体阳性率为4.40%,GMC为3.59IU/ml。各年龄组之间、地区之间及性别之间抗体阳性率无显著性差异;几何平均浓度(GMC)在地区之间及性别之间无显著性差异,但在各年龄组之间有显著性差异。结论 2016年湖北省随州市办理健康证的从业人员百日咳感染率高,应该引起重视,防止百日咳的传播流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the pertussis infection rate among practitioners applying for health certification,by detecting specific antibody levels of IgG against pertussis toxin(PT-IgG) in Suizhou city,Hubei province.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect antibody levels of PT-IgG among 508 practitioners aged 17-63 years.Data were analyzed with descriptive methods.Results Eighteen of the 508 subjects were positive for PT-IgG,for a positivity rate of 3.54%.The geometric mean concentration(GMC) was 3.59 IU/ml.The highest positivity rate(4.40%) was seen in the 27-36 year old group.There were no statistically significant differences in positivity rate between age groups,between regions,or between genders;no statistically significant differences in GMCs were seen between regions or between genders but were seen between age groups.Conclusions The infection rate of pertussis among practitioners applying for health certification was high in Suizhou city,Hubei province,in 2016.Attention should be paid to this population in order to prevent spread of pertussis.更多还原
