城市污水再生与循环利用的关键基础科学问题

【摘要】 本文通过对城市污水再生与循环利用的国家重大需求和国际前沿研究工作的深入分析,阐明了城市污水再生与循环利用研究所呈现的"机制微观化"、"过程安全化"、"技术集成化"和"系统生态化"等基本特征,总结出污染物的去除与转化、化学物质能源化以及再生水循环过程的生态风险控制等在城市污水再生与循环利用研究中需要重点解决的关键科学问题,展望了为促进我国城市水系统可持续发展而应重点开展的4个研究方向:(1)污水再生及循环的物质转化与能源转换机制;(2)再生水生态储存与多尺度循环利用原理;(3)城市水系统水质安全评价与生态风险控制方法;(4)基于"再生水+"的可持续城市水系统构建理论。

【Abstract】 In this paper,in-depth analysis into the vital demand of China and the international research advances in the field of municipal wastewater reclamation and reuse is provided;the fundamental features of related researches(i.e.,mechanism elucidation at microscopic level,process security,technological integration,extension to ecological system) are revealed;the critical scientific problems to be addressed(i.e.contaminant elimination/transformation,chemical-to-energy conversion,water reuse-associated ecological risks control)are summarized;Lastly,four future directions to promote the sustainable development of urban water system in China are proposed,namely:(1) mechanisms of mass and energy conversion during wastewater reclamation and reuse;(2) principles for ecological storage and multi-scale recycling of reclaimed water;(3)methodologies for water security assessment and ecological risks control in urban water system;(4) theories for developing reclaimed water +-based sustainable urban water system.
