肝肾综合征大鼠模型的建立及彩色多普勒超声肾血流参数的特点
Establishment of Hepatorenal Syndrome Model in Rats and CDFI Approach of Renal Blood Flow Parameters
【摘要】 目的应用彩色多普勒超声观察肝肾综合征大鼠模型肾血流参数的特点。方法建立肝肾综合征大鼠模型,行生化、病理、尿量等检测,彩色多普勒超声影像对肾动脉血流参数进行评估。结果模型组与正常、生理盐水(NS)组相比:血中ALT、AST、BUN、CR均明显升高(P<0.05),ALB、24h尿量明显减少(P<0.05),正常组与NS组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病理结果提示模型组肝脏形成了大量假小叶,肾组织未见异常。以上表明模型构建成功。超声影像提示各组大鼠肾脏大小及内部回声无明显差异,模型组与正常、NS组比较肾动脉RI明显增高(P<0.05),PSV、EDV明显降低(P<0.05),正常组与NS组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声影像可对肝肾综合征大鼠模型肾血流动力学改变进行诊断和评估。
【Abstract】 Objective Observe the characteristics of renal blood flow parameters in hepatorenal syndrome rats model.Methods Construct hepatorenal syndrome model in rats by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride,then take biochemistry,pathology,urine test,evaluate renal artery blood flow parameters with color Doppler image.Results Model group compared with normal,saline(NS)group:ALT,AST,BUN,CR were significantly increased(P<0.05),ALB,24 hours urine volume decreased significantly(P<0.05),there were no statistically significant difference between normal group and NS groups(P>0.05).The histopathological results indicated that the liver of the model group had a large number of pseudolobuli,and the renal tissue was not obviously abnormal.It shows the model was successfully built.There was no obvious difference in rats kidney size and internal echo.The model group compared with normal,NS group renal artery resistance index(RI)increased significantly(P<0.05),the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)and end-diastolic velocity(EDV)significantly decreased(P<0.05),there′s no statistically significant difference between normal group and NS groups(P>0.05).Conclusions It suggests that ultrasound imaging could be used for diagnosis and evaluation renal blood flow of hepatorenal syndrome model.
