【摘要】 庭审实质化的改革对我国庭审质证提出了更高的要求,质证要充分有效,要公开直接。我国目前刑事庭审质证存在一些问题,主要表现为无法质证、无效质证和无序质证。庭审质证改革应当保证质证机会、完善质证规则、构建繁简分配合理的质证程序以及完善质证规则和丰富质证方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of court trial sustantializaiton poses higher requirements as to the cross- examination of court trial in China. Cross- examination shall be fully and effectively executed and publicly conducted. At present there are some problems in cross- examination of court trial,namely,incapable cross- examination,invalid cross- examination and disorderly cross- examination. The reform of cross- examination of court trial shall guarantee chances,prescribe rules,construct reasonable procedures and improve methods.更多还原
