【摘要】 目的探讨CIP2A在甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿及甲状腺正常组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测67例甲状腺乳头状癌、26例甲状腺腺瘤、23例结节性甲状腺肿、22例甲状腺正常组织中CIP2A蛋白的表达情况。结果 CIP2A在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达明显高于甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿及正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CIP2A在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达水平与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与甲状腺乳头状癌患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及p TNM分期等无关(P>0.05)。结论 CIP2A在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中过表达,且与其恶性临床病理特征紧密相关,提示CIP2A作为一个新的靶点可能为甲状腺乳头状癌的临床诊断与治疗策略提供新的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CIP2A in papillary thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and thyroid normal tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CIP2A protein in 67 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, 26 cases of thyroid adenoma, 23 cases of nodular goiter and 22 cases of normal thyroid tissues. Results The expression of CIP2A in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissues, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the expression level of CIP2A in papillary thyroid carcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but was not associated with gender, age, tumor size and p TNM staging of patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(P>0.05). Conclusion CIP2A is overexpressed in papillary thyroid carcinoma,and is closely correlated with its malignant clinical and pathological characteristics, suggesting that CIP2A, as a new target, may provide a new direction for the clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy of papillary thyroid carcinoma.更多还原
