【摘要】 目的观察手法松解配合超短波治疗冻结肩的护理效果。方法选取2014年3月~2017年3月期间于本院就诊及治疗的60例冻结肩患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例,对两组患者均进行手法松解配合超短波治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗优良率(96.67%)与对照组患者(80.00%)相比,组间差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗及护理后的肩部疼痛VAS评分、肩关节功能活动评分分别为(3.30±0.56)分、(155.06±20.15)分,与对照组患者的(5.01±0.80)分、(95.60±15.34)分相比,组间差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度(96.67%)与对照组患者(73.33%)相比,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对接受手法松解配合超短波治疗的冻结肩患者实施有效的护理干预效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of nursing via manipulation release combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods A total of 60 patients with frozen shoulder who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were both given manipulation release combined with ultrashort wave treatment.Patients in the control group were given routine care,and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive care.The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group(96.67%) was compared with that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of shoulder pain and the scores of shoulder joint function were(3.30 ±0.56) and(155.06±20.15) respectively in the observation group after the treatment and nursing,and(5.01±0.80) and(95.60±15.34) in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was(96.67%) in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing effective nursing intervention for the patients with frozen shoulder receiving manipulation release and ultrashort wave therapy is favorable.更多还原
