【摘要】 临床治疗骨折等颜面外伤时多植入修复材料支撑、固定或替代原有组织,以恢复器官功能及颜面美,提高治疗效果。现阶段,临床可用颜面外伤整形修复材料诸多,选用何种材料优势更佳成为整形外科争论性问题之一。文章现对近年来国内外主要人工单体整形材料和复合整形材料的临床应用效果进行综述,旨在探讨各种整形材料的应用优势,为整形外科提高颜面外伤治疗效果提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 When facial trauma such as fractures is treated clinically,repair materials are implanted to support,fix or replace the original tissues,so to restore the organ function and facial beauty,and improve the curative effect.At this stage,the materials for plastic surgery in the clinical use of facial trauma are plenty,and thus which materials should be selected to achieve the best effect becomes one of the controversial problems in plastic surgery.In this paper,the clinical application effects of the main artificial single plastic materials and composite plastic materials at home and abroad in recent years is summarized,aiming to explore the application advantages of various plastic surgery materials,so as to provide refeences for the improvement of the curative effect of facial trauma in plastic surgery.更多还原
