【摘要】 目的探讨根管显微镜联合超声技术治疗阻塞根管的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1~12月之间我院收治的71例根管阻塞患者(71颗牙,112个根管),均采用根管显微镜联合超声技术进行治疗,对根管钙化、器械折断、塑化根管、折断根管桩等因素引起的根管阻塞治疗成功率进行统计。结果本组71例患者71个患牙成功疏通58例58颗,成功率81.7%。阻塞根管共112个,成功疏通92个,成功率82.1%,其中根管钙化33个,疏通28个,成功率84.8%;器械折断24个,疏通18个,成功率75.0%;塑化根管26个,疏通19个,成功率73.1%;折断根管桩29个,疏通27个,成功率93.1%。其中折断根管桩疏通成功率最高,但与其他几种类型的根管阻塞治疗成功率相比并无显著差异(P>0.05)。本组患者无一例发生侧穿等并发症。结论根管显微镜联合超声技术治疗阻塞根管的疗效确切,对于各种类型的根管阻塞均有较好的疏通成功率,应当根据根管阻塞类型和部位的不同选择适当的处理方案,减少对牙组织的损伤,避免引发根管侧穿等并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of root canal microscope combined with ultrasonography in the treatment of obstructive root canals.Methods A total of 71 patients(71 teeth,112 root canals) with obstructive root canals who were admitted to our hospital between January and December 2015 were selected as the study subjects.They were treated with root canal microscope combined with ultrasonography.The success rate of obstructive root canal caused by root canal calcification,instrumental fracture,plasticized root canal,fracture of root canal pile and other factors were statistically analyzed.Results Among 71 patients in this group,58 teeth were successfully recanalized in 71 teeth,with the success rate of 81.7%.There were a total of 112 obstructed root canals,and 92 canals were successfully recanalized,with the success rate of 82.1%.Among them,33 canals were calcified,and 28 canals were recanalized,with the success rate of 84.8%;24 devices were broken,and 18 canals were recanalized,with the success rate of75.0%;26 canals were plasticized,and 19 canals were recanalized,with the success rate of 73.1%;29 root canal had fractured piles,and 27 canals were recanalized,with the success rate of 93.1%.The success rate of recanalization in the fractured canal piles was the highest,but there was no significant difference in the success rate of the treatment of other types of root canal obstruction(P>0.05).No perforation or other complications were observed in this group.Conclusion The curative effect of root canal microscope combined with ultrasonography are exact in the treatment of root canal obstruction.For all types of root canal obstruction,it has a better success rate of recanalization.The appropriate management protocols should be selected according to different types and locations of obstruction,so as to reduce the damage to the teeth tissue and avoid complications such as perforation.更多还原
