【摘要】 目的探讨手术前患者外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)患者预后的关系。方法选取2009年1月~2013年1月手术治疗的78例(NMIBC)患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)治疗,根据术前患者的NLR是否≥2.5分,分为高NLR组(41例)和低NLR组(37例),对比两组患者的预后情况及与NLR相关的影响因素。结果高NLR组患者术后2年、3年的无复发生存率显著低于低NLR组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高NLR患者3年的生存率与低NLR组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高NLR组患者的无复发生存中位时间为23个月,显著低于低NLR组的29个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NLR比值与NMIBC患者的肿瘤分期、病理学分级、肿瘤大小、肿瘤个数具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 NLR与NMIBC患者预后及临床病理学特征密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR) in the peripheral blood before the surgery and the prognosis of the patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods A total of 78 patients with NMIBC who were given surgical treatment from January 2009 to January 2013 were selected and were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were given transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT).According to whether NLR was =3 2.5 before the surgery,the patients were divided into high NLR group of 41 cases and low NLR group of 37 cases.The prognosis of the patients and the influencing factors related to NLR were compared between the two groups.Results The 2-year and 3-year recurrence-free survival rates in the high NLR group were significantly lower than those in the low NLR group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 3-year survival rate in the high NLR group was not statistically significantly different from that in the low NLR group(P>0.05);the median recurrence-free survival time was 23 months in the high NLR group,was significantly lower than that in the low NLR group(29 months),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the NLR ratio was significantly correlated with tumor staging,histological grading,tumor size and tumor number in the patients with NMIBC(P<0.05).Conclusion NLR is closely related to the prognosis and clinicopathological characteristics in the patients with NMIBC.更多还原
