基于LabVIEW的电火花线切割放电位置采集系统
Discharge Position Acquisition System of WEDM Based on LabVIEW
【摘要】 该文理论分析了分路电流法检测电火花线切割放电位置的原理,根据分路电流法检测原理搭建了电火花线切割放电位置检测硬件系统,运用LabVIEW进行采集系统的软件编程,实现了电流信号的获取、模拟电信号的转换、放电位置实时监测以及数据保存。通过变截面切割实验验证了放电位置的检测误差小于3.3 mm,检测精度较高。
【Abstract】 The detection principle of WEDM discharge position of shunt current method was analyzed with theory. According to this principle,the hardware system of WEDM discharge position detection was built. And the software was programed based on LabVIEW. The acquisition of the current signal,conversion of analog electrical signal,real-time observation of the discharge position and data storage has been realized. The variable section cutting experiment showed that the detection error is less than 3.3 mm and the detection accuracy is high.
