【摘要】 目的探讨盐城地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染的年龄特点及亚型分布。方法采用荧光PCR技术,以2187名在妇科门诊或妇女保健科自愿做人乳头瘤病毒感染(HPV)筛查的妇女为研究对象,取其宫颈脱落细胞进行HPV基因分型检测。结果 2187名妇女HPV的总感染率为21.67%(474/2187),高危型感染率为20.16%(441/2187),高危型中单一感染率为16.37%(358/2187),多重感染率为3.80%(83/2187)。各年龄组间HPV总阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各年龄组间高危型多重感染阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐城地区HPV流行的亚型与其他地区相比有明显的差异,而且年龄是影响HPV感染的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the age characteristics and subtype distribution of human papillomavirus( HPV) infection among females in Yancheng area. Methods A total of 2187 women from gynecological clinic and women’s health section who were screened HPV voluntarily were selected as study objects,their cervical exfoliated cells were took and PCR was used to detect the distribution of human papillomavirus. Results The total HPV positive rate of the 2187 women was 21. 67%( 474/2187),the infection rate of high-risk type was 20. 16%( 441/2187),the single infection rate was 16. 37%( 358/2187) and the multiple infection rate was 3. 80%( 83/2187). There was no statistically significant difference in HPV positive detection rate among all age groups( P > 0. 05). The difference of multiple infection rate in each age groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with other areas,the prevalence of HPV in Yancheng area was different,and age was an important factor for HPV infection.更多还原
