“理事会制”管理模式下支援县级医院的探讨

【摘要】 介绍了北京大学第一医院以"全面合作、委托管理、理事会领导下的院长负责制"管理模式对密云县医院实施对口支援的做法,并就管理新模式进行总结分析,为进一步开展城乡医院对口支援工作提供新思路及相关政策建议。

【Abstract】 The article introduces the management model of "comprehensive cooperation, entrust management, and the hospital president guarantee system under council institution system" partner assistance of Miyun County Hospital,and analyzes the new management model to provide new thinking way and related policy suggestions for urban and rural hospital partner assistance.
