【摘要】 目的 探讨眼部缺血性疾病与颈动脉狭窄的相关性。方法 选择2011年1月~2016年10月在我院行颈动脉超声检查的105例患者为研究对象,记录患者颈动脉超声结果 。对患者进行眼部检查,明确是否患有眼部缺血性疾病。采用SPSS19.0统计学软件处理数据,用Spearman秩相关分析对眼部缺血性疾病与颈动脉狭窄的相关性进行分析。结果 105例患者中明确诊断为眼部缺血性疾病83眼。超声检查显示105例患者中颈动脉狭窄Ⅰ级47侧、Ⅱ级38侧、Ⅲ级29侧、Ⅳ级6侧。Spearman秩相关分析结果 显示,眼部缺血性疾病发生率与颈动脉狭窄的严重程度呈正相关(r=0.897,P<0.05)。结论 跟部缺血性疾病与颈动脉狭窄密切相关,超声检查颈动脉狭窄程度有助于预测眼部缺血性疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between ocular ischemic diseases and carotid artery stenosis.Methods A total of 105 patients who underwent carotid artery ultrasonography in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Oct.2016 were selected and carotid ultrasonography results were recorded.AH patients were given optic examination to define whether they had ocular ischemic diseases or not.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze data.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ocular ischemic diseases and carotid artery stenosis.Results 83 eyes out of 105 patients were diagnosed as ocular ischemic diseases.Ultrasound examination showed that carotid stenosis grade I was found in 47 sides,carotid stenosis grade Ⅱ was found in 38 sides,carotid stenosis gradeⅢ was found in 29 sides and carotid stenosis grade Ⅳ was found in 6 sides.Spearman rank correlation analysis indicated that there was positive correlation between the severity of ocular ischemic diseases and carotid artery stenosis(r = 0.897,P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between ocular ischemic diseases and carotid artery stenosis.The severity of carotid artery stenosis examined by ultrasonography will help physicians predict the occurrence of ocular ischemic diseases.更多还原
