【摘要】 目的:分析应用民间演艺灯戏等形式在农村中老年男性中开展艾滋病健康教育的效果,为进一步做好该人群艾滋病防控工作提供参考。方法:选取重庆市1个农村乡镇,随机抽取50岁以上男性农村居民作为调查对象,在干预前后进行问卷调查,以是否观看含有艾滋病防治知识的文艺节目分为干预组和对照组,比较两组干预前后艾滋病知识知晓和高危性行为变化。结果:有197人完成了干预前后调查,干预组平均每年观看相关节目的演出1.79场。干预组和对照组艾滋病知识知晓率分别由干预前33.2%和34.5%上升至干预后的91.4%和80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组婚外性行为发生率分别由干预前的6.0%和13.1%下降为干预后的1.5%和10.8%(P=0.020)。结论:应用民间演艺灯戏形式对农村中老年男性艾滋病开展健康教育有较好的效果,可及性强,群众容易接受,值得大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of the theatrical performances on AIDS health education for the middle and old aged men in rural areas,and to provide reference for the next step to do a good job of AIDS prevention and control of them. Methods: One rural area town in Chongqing City was selected and the male rural residents over 50 years old were randomly selected as the research objects. The questionnaires were performed before and after intervention respectively. The research objects were divided into intervention group and control group according to whether they watched theatrical performances containing knowledge of AIDS prevention and control. AIDS knowledge awareness and high-risk sexual behavior of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: A total of 197 people completed the follow-up survey. The mean times of viewing the AIDS theatrical performances were 1.79 times of intervention group. The AIDS knowledge awareness rate of the intervention group and the control group increased from 33.2% and 34.5% before intervention to 91.4% and 80.0% after intervention,respectively. And the difference between the two groups was statistical significance(P< 0.001). The extramarital sex incidence of the two groups decreased from 6.0%and 13.1% before intervention to 1.5% and 10.8% after intervention,respectively(P = 0.020). Conclusion: The effect of theatrical performance applying on AIDS health education among rural middle and old aged men was good. The theatrical performance had strong accessibility and it was easily accepted by people and worth being popularized.更多还原
