【摘要】 目的探讨腔镜手术治疗盆腔脓肿的时机与疗效。方法将58例盆腔脓肿患者,根据手术时患者的发病时间分为A组24 h~48 h,B组7 d。回顾性分析2组的临床资料。结果 A组的术中出血量,手术时间,住院时间,住院费用,术后盆腔炎复发率,输卵管通畅率与B组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜有助于盆腔脓肿的诊断与鉴别,其治疗盆腔脓肿的手术时机以脓肿形成24 h~48 h内为宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the role of laparoscopic surgery in the diagnosis of pelvic abscess,and the relationship of surgical treatment opportunity and curative effect. Methods 58 cases with pelvic abscess were divided into two gropes according to the time of onset,grope A:24-48 hours and grope B:7 days. The clinical data of these two groups is retrospectively analysing. Results There is a significantly different between these two groups in the amount of bleeding,operative duration,length and expenses of hospitalization,recurrence rate of pelvic infection,tubal patency rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic diagnosis is a essential diagnosis of pelvic abscess. The surgery opportunity of treating the pelvic abscess should be during 24-48 hours of the formation of the abscess.更多还原
