【摘要】 目的探讨椎体后凸成形术(PKP)在老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折中的治疗效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年8月我院收治的老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者78例,按照就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组,各组39例。对照组行保守治疗,观察组行PKP治疗,分析两组临床疗效。结果观察组39例均顺利完成手术,未出现骨水泥渗漏现象。治疗后,两组腰背部VAS疼痛评分均降低(P<0.05),观察组椎体前缘及中部丢失高度、腰背部VAS疼痛评分与并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PKP治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折疗效确切,可有效恢复椎体高度,减轻患者疼痛,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of kyphoplasty(PKP) in senile osteoporotic spine compression fractures. Methods Seventy-eight elder patients with osteoporotic spine compression fractures who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to August 2015 were selected, and divided into observation group and control group according to admission order, with 39 cases in each group. The control group underwent conservative treatment, and the observation group accepted PKP. The clinical effects were analyzed in the two groups. Results Thirty-nine cases in the observation group successfully completed surgery, with no bone cement leakage phenomenon. After treatment, the VAS pain scores of the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05), the vertebral anterior and central loss of height, VAS score of lower back pain and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion PKP applied in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spine compression fractures has exact curative effect, it can effectively restore vertebral body height, alliviate patients’ pain, with high safty.更多还原
