【摘要】 目的研究奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰对急性期精神分裂症伴抑郁患者的治疗效果及安全性。方法选择2013年11月至2015年11月在西安市精神卫生中心和西安大兴医院接受治疗的急性期精神分裂症伴抑郁的患者80例为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组41例患者采用奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗;对照组39例患者采用单一抗精神病药奥氮平治疗。治疗8周后,通过HAMD量表和TESS量表、BPRS量表对两组患者1、2、4、8周的治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后,两组HADM评分均降低,治疗后第2、4、8周试验组HADM评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1、2、4、8周后BPRS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但TESS评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);组内比较,两组治疗1、2、4、8周TESS评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后第8周痊愈率达到了51.2%,高于对照组的28.2%(P<0.05)。结论对急性期精神分裂症伴抑郁的患者采用奥氮平联合草酸艾司西酞普兰进行治疗,可以有效地抑制患者的精神症状和抑郁症状,安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy and safety of olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate citalopram in the treatment of acute schizophrenia with depression. Methods Eighty cases of acute schizophrenia patients with depression admitted in Daxing Hospital of Xi’an and Xi’an Mental Health Center from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Forty-one cases in the experimental group were treated with olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate citalopram, and 39 patients in the control group accepted single antipsychotic drugs olanzapine. After 8 weeks of treatment, the effect at 1, 2, 4,8 weeks were compared between the two group with HAMD scale, TESS scale and BPRS scale. Results After treatment, the HADM scores in the two group decreased, and the scores at 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks of treatment, the differences in BPRS scores between the two groups were significant(P<0.05); but the differences in TESS scores between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05), the TESS scores after 1,2, 4, 8 week of treatment in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05); after 8 weeks of treatment,the cure rate reached 51.2% in the experimental group, which was higher than 28.2% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion For acute stage of schizophrenia patients with depression, olanzapine combined with escitalopram oxalate citalopram can effectively inhibit the patients’ mental symptoms and depression, which has high security.更多还原
