【摘要】 目的分析结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至12月收治的26例结肠癌患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(13例)与对照组(13例)。对照组行结肠癌根治术,研究组行完整结肠系膜切除术,对比两组结肠癌患者的治疗总有效率、术后出血量、淋巴结清除数及并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,研究组治疗总有效率、术后出血量、淋巴结清除数明显更优,且研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除的临床应用效果显著,可减少术中出血量与术后并发症发生率,淋巴结清除数更多,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of complete mesenteric resection in surgical treatment of colon cancer. Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into study group(13 cases) and control group(13 cases)according to different treatment methods. The control group received colorectal surgery, and the study group accepted complete mesenteric resection. The total effective rate, postoperative bleeding volume, lymph node clearing numbers and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate,postoperative bleeding volume, lymph node clearing numbers in the study group were better, and the complication rate in the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of complete colonic mesorectal excision in surgical treatment of colon cancer is significant, which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications, with more lymph node clearing numbers, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
