【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔镜切除术治疗宫颈息肉的临床效果。方法将我院收治的120例宫颈息肉患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组患者给予宫腔镜切除术,对照组患者给予传统术式,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为98.33%,明显高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后6个月复发率为5.0%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。两组的感染和宫口粘连发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组出血发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜切除术治疗宫颈息肉的疗效显著,术后并发症发生率低,具有一定安全性,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of cervical polyp.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with cervical polyp admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic resection, while the control group was given traditional surgical procedures. The treatment effect in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than 86.67% of the control group(P<0.05). The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference on hospital stays between the two groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of 6 month after surgery of the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 26.67% of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference on the incidence rates of infection and cervix adhesions of the two groups(P>0.05), but the incidence rate of bleeding of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection in the treatment cervical polyps has significant effect, it has less postoperative complications, and with a certain safety, which is worthy of clinical recommendations.更多还原
