【摘要】 目的:对胆脂瘤型中耳炎乳突根治术后不干耳的形成原因进行分析探讨,为今后的临床防治工作,提供有价值的参考信息。方法:选择2012年1月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的、获得临床确诊的胆脂瘤型中耳炎接受乳突根治术治疗后,出现不干耳的患者16例为研究对象。对患者术后出现不干耳症状的原因进行分析探讨。结果:本组16例患者中,因术后换药不当造成不干耳者3例,7例患者术腔内肉芽增生和胆脂瘤复发造成不干耳,2例患者发生咽鼓管感染,4例患者外耳道狭窄引起不干耳发生。结论:造成胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者经乳突根治术治疗后出现不干耳的原因较多,通过改善换药方式、手术等妥善处理方式均可获得良好治疗效果,在今后的临床治疗中,应对其给予足够的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the formation reasons of non-dry ear after mastoidectomy of cholesteatoma otitis media,and provide valuable reference information for future clinical prevention and treatment.Method:From January 2012 to December 2016,16 patients with non-dry ear symptoms,who were clinically diagnosed with cholesteatoma otitis media and underwent mastoidectomy,were enrolled in this study in our hospital.The causes of postoperative non-dry ear symptoms were analyzed.Result:In this group of 16 patients,3 cases with improper postoperative dressing change,7 cases with intraoperative granulation and cholesteatoma recurrence,2 cases with eustachian tube infection,and 4 cases with external auditory canal stenosis led to non-dry ear.Conclusion:Many reasons can led to non-dry ear of the patients with cholesteatoma otitis media after the treatment of mastoidectomy,by improving the dressing change mode,surgery and other proper treatment can get a good treatment effect.In the future clinical treatment,it should be given enough attention.更多还原
