【摘要】 目的探讨孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗儿童特应性皮炎(AD)的临床疗效。方法将92例符合入选条件的AD患儿随机分为治疗组49例和对照组43例,治疗组予以孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组予以氯雷他定治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效和SCORAD(SCORing Atopic Dermatitis)评分、血清总免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(83.67%vs 62.79%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.180,P<0.05)。两组治疗后SCORAD评分、血清总Ig E水平及EOS计数均明显下降(治疗组:t=15.135,5.324,4.972,P均<0.01;对照组:t=13.716,2.586,2.125,P<0.05或0.01),治疗组明显低于对照组(t=-2.048,-2.489,-2.158,P均<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合氯雷他定治疗儿童AD疗效显著,对血清总Ig E及EOS计数有较好的改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with loratadine in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis( AD).Methods 92 children with AD were randomly divided into treatment group( 49 cases) and control group( 43 cases).The treatment group were treated with montelukast combined with loratadine,and the control group were treated with loratadine.And then,therapy effects,SCORing Atopic Dermatitis( SCORAD) scores,serum total immunoglobulin E( Ig E) levels and eosinophils( EOS) numbers were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( 83.67% vs 62.79%),difference was statistically significant( χ2= 5.180,P< 0. 05).
