【摘要】 目的:优选胆石六号汤的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮、栀子苷含量及干膏率的综合评分为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过L₉（3⁴）正交试验考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对胆石六号汤水提工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺合理可行,为胆石六号颗粒剂的制备提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of gallstone VI decoction. Methods: The comprehensive scores of total flavonoids,geniposide content and dry extract rate were used as indicators,the effect of amount of water,extraction time and frequency on gallstone VI of water extraction process were observed on the basis of single factor tests through L9( 34) orthogonal design. Results: The optimum process was determined as follows: adding 12 times of water and extracting 1 h for 3 times. Conclusion: This optimized process is reasonable and feasible,which could guide industrial production.更多还原
