【摘要】 目的探讨HBV感染患者外周血可溶性B7-H3(sB7-H3)的表达及其临床意义。方法ELISA法检测65例慢性HBV感染患者(CHB组)、42例肝硬化和肝癌患者(LC-HCC组)以及20例健康志愿者(HC组)外周血sB7-H3含量,分析sB7-H3表达与ALT、AST、HBV-DNA水平和调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)比例的相关性。结果 CHB组和LC-HCC组外周血sB7-H3的含量较HC组升高[(3.81±0.12)ng/ml和(5.34±0.27)ng/ml vs.(2.97±0.18)ng/ml](P均<0.01),且LC-HCC组高于CHB组(P<0.01)。CHB组sB7-H3表达与ALT、AST、HBV-DNA水平和Treg细胞比例均呈正相关(r=0.3072、r=0.3659、r=0.2847、r=0.4651,P<0.01),LC-HCC组sB7-H3表达与Treg细胞比例呈正相关(r=0.6037,P<0.01)。结论 HBV感染患者外周血的sB7-H3表达水平升高,且与肝损伤指标、Treg细胞比例呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of soluble B7-H3(sB7-H3)in peripheral blood of patients with HBV infection.Methods The expression of sB7-H3 in peripheral blood of 65 patients with chronic HBV infection(group CHB),42 patients with liver cirrhosis and liver cancer(group LC-HCC)and 20 healthy people(group HC) was determined by ELISA.The correlations of sB7-H3 expression and the levels of ALT,AST,HBV-DNA and regulatory T(Treg)cell ratio in three groups were analyzed.Results The contents of sB7-H3 in peripheral blood in groups of CHB and LC-HCC were higher than those in group HC[(3.81±0.12)ng/ml and(5.34±0.27)ng/ml vs.(2.97±0.18)ng/ml](P<0.01),which in group LC-HCC were higher than those in group CHB(P<0.01).sB7-H3 expression was positively correlated with the levels of ALT,AST,HBV-DNA and Treg cell ratio in group CHB(r=0.3072,r=0.3659,r=0.2847,r=0.4651,P<0.01)and Treg cell ratio in group LC-HCC(r=0.6037,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of sB7-H3 in peripheral blood of patients with HBV infection is increased,which is positively correlated with liver damage indexes and Treg cell ratio.更多还原
