【摘要】 目的:通过反复击打兔股四头肌的方法建立创伤性骨化性肌炎模型。方法:成年新西兰大白兔9只,以自体左后肢为模型组,右后肢为对照组。用钢球(质量:0.25 kg)以自由落体(高度100 cm)方式击打左后肢(模型组)股四头肌中部,随后每3天击打1次,第4周后停止击打,伸直位固定左膝关节;右后肢(对照组)同样方法固定。分别于第4、6、8周处死动物(均n=3),观察肿胀度、局部体征、局部骨化情况。结果:模型组股四头肌肿胀明显,关节逐渐强直、僵硬,局部触及硬结;对照组关节僵直,局部未触及硬结。影像学检查示模型组第4、6、8周击打处开始出现骨化影,对照组未出现。HE染色显示8周时击打处股四头肌肌肉组织内有明显类软骨或骨组织形成。结论:反复击打股四头肌的方法能成功建立单纯肌肉损伤导致的创伤性骨化性肌炎动物模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the animal model of traumatic myositis ossificans through strikingthe quadriceps muscle of rabbits repeatedly. Methods Nine white adult New Zealand rabbits were se-lected,as their left lower limbs were used as the model group and the right lower ones served as con-trols. The left hind limbs were stricken by a 0.25 kg ball falling from a height of 100 cm every 3 days for and then immobilized with the knee in extension,while the right knees were immobilized inthe same way without striking. The rabbits were sacrificed at the 4 th,6 th and 8 th weeks respectively.The swelling,local physical signs and pathological changes of the heterotopic ossification had been as-sessed. Results The swelling of left quadriceps was obvious,with progressively stiffness of the leftknees accompanied by distinctly palpable indurations,while in the right hind limbs,the joint was stiffbut without indurations. The imaging examination showed the ossification began to appear in the im-pact sites of the model group at the 4 th,6 th and 8 th weeks. The hematoxylin-eosin staining demonstrat-ed that there was obvious cartilage or bone formation in the muscle tissues of the left quadriceps at the 8 th weeks. Conclusion An animal model of post-traumatic myositis ossificans can be successfullyestablished in rabbits through beating their quadriceps repeatedly.更多还原
