榆黄蘑提取物中微量元素的初级形态分析
Analysis of primary speciation of trace elements in the Pleurotus citrinipileatus extract
【摘要】 采用水和人工胃液对榆黄蘑中Fe、Mn、Cu和Zn 4种微量元素进行提取,并利用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了其中微量元素的含量和化学形态.结果表明:4种元素在人工胃酸提取液中的溶出率都高于水提液,4种元素的总提取率在34.05%~79.68%之间,浸留比在0.45~4.88之间,悬浮态颗粒吸附率在6.54%~54.48%之间;4种元素的可溶态中Mn、Cu和Zn的有机态含量高于无机态.本文方法的回收率为99.0%~106.0%,相对标准偏差小于3.84%.
【Abstract】 The four elements,Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in Pleurotus citrinipileatus were extracted using water and artificial gastric acid solution.The content and chemical speciation of elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results show that extraction of artificial gastric acid solution is higher than water,extraction of extractive rates of the elements was in the rangeof 34.05%-79.68%and immerse-residue ratio was in the rangeof 0.45-4.88.Adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the rangeof 6.54%-54.48%.Theratioofinorganic state of Mn,Cu and Zn among the four elements were higher than inorganic state in water-soluble state.The recovery ratios of the method was rangedfrom 99.0%-106.0% and relative standard deviations was less than 3.84%.
