【摘要】 目的采用化学刺激法建立慢性咽炎动物模型,评价各指标与模型间的相关性。方法16只新西兰兔随机分为两组,模型组在第1~15天予2.5%氨水喷咽,第8天于咽部注射松节油处理;空白组在第1~15天予蒸馏水局部处理。期间,观察比较两组动物行为学及体重变化。第16天,所有动物均从耳静脉抽取血标本,然后用空气注射法处死动物,立即取咽黏膜供病理组织学观察。结果模型组行为学、病理形态学指标造模前后变化明显,体重变化值具有统计学意义(P<0.05),空白组各项指标无明显变化。两组血液各项生化指标差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化学刺激法成功建立了慢性咽炎动物模型,行为学、体重及病理形态学指标评价模型有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish?an animal model of chronic pharyngitis?via chemical stimulus to investigate the correlation of associated indexes with the model evaluation based on an experimental study. Methods Sixteen New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. Animals in model group(MG) were treated by 2.5% ammonia spraying into pharyngeal cavity from the first day to the fifteenth day, twice one day, and with turpentine oil injected into the submucous tissue of the pharynx by the 8th day, while those animals in blank group(BG) were treated only by distilled water sprayed into pharyngeal cavity in the same way.Then, observed comparatively were the changes in behavior and body weight during the whole experimental period. By the 16 th day,blood samples were collected from auricular vein among all animals of the two groups through at first, and then, these rabbits were put into death by air injection method to take tissue samples from pharyngeal mucosa for pathohistological observation. Results The changes in the indexes of behavior and pathohistology were very significant among the animals of MG, when compared those measured by the end of experiment with that before treating, particularly for that of body weight(P<0.05). However, these indexes showed little changes among animals of BG, with no significantly statistical significance(P>0.05). Moreover, no significant differences were seen in the changes of serum biochemical indexes in the two groups of animals during the whole period of experiment(P>0.05). Conclusion Animal model of chronic pharyngitis is successfully established?through chemical stimulus to pharyngeal mucosa. Such indexes as changes taking place in behavior, body weight and pathohistology hold certain reference value for evaluating the effectiveness of the model.更多还原
