彩色多普勒超声及乳腺钼靶X射线影像在乳腺原位癌早期诊断的对比分析

【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及乳腺钼靶X射线在乳腺原位癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法该次研究选取2012年5月—2017年5月该院收治的45例确诊为早期乳腺原位癌患者为研究对象,对所有患者分别进行彩色多普勒超声及乳腺钼靶X射线检查,对比分析2种检查方法的诊断效果,对2种方法的分级符合度进行评估。结果依据BIRADS关于超声诊断(BIRADSUS)分级标准对彩色多普勒超声结果进行分级显示:2级、3级、4级、5级分别有0例、4例、35例、6例,依据乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BIRADS)分级评估标准对乳腺钼靶X射线结果进行分级显示:2级、3级、4级、5级分别有3例、6例、34例、2例,其中34例分级结果完全一致,kappa评分均大于0.70,说明分级结果一致性良好。结论在乳腺原位癌早期诊断中,采取彩色多普勒超声及乳腺钼靶X射线进行检查,均能起到较好的诊断效果,临床应用价值显著。

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to discuss the application value of color doppler ultrasound and mammography in early diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ. Methods 45 patients diagnosed with early breast carcinoma in situ from May 2012 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects, Color doppler ultrasonography and mammography screening were performed for all patients, these two methods of diagnosis were compared and analyzed, the degree of compliance of the two methods was evaluated. Results According to BIRADS about ultrasound diagnosis(BIRADSUS) classification standard for classification, the color doppler ultrasound showed that the degree of 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively of 0 cases, 4 cases, 35 cases, 6 cases. According to breast imaging reporting and data system(BIRADS) hierarchical evaluation criteria of mammary gland molybdenum target X-ray classification showed that the degree of 2, 3, 4, 5 respectively in 3 cases, 6 cases, 34 cases, 2 cases, and the results of 34 cases were completely consistent, and the kappa score was higher than 0.70, indicating the consistency of the classification results was good. Conclusion In the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma in situ, the use of color doppler ultrasound and mammography screening of mammography can make better diagnosis and the clinical application value is significant.
