【摘要】 目的探索ICU应用去甲肾上腺素危重患者采用双泵更换方法的护理效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月期间该院收治的96例ICU应用去甲肾上腺素危重患者,将患者动态随机化分为两组,两组患者均在使用双泵更换方法基础上,对照组和观察组再分别采用常规护理和优质护理,两组患者各有48例,对比两组患者满意率、不良事件发生率、血压波动时间、血压波动最大幅度、初始血压。结果观察组患者的血压波动最大幅度(32.69±6.14)mm Hg、血压波动时间(122.69±18.43)s、满意率(100.00%)、不良事件发生率(2.08%)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ICU重症患者应用去甲肾上腺素时,采用双泵更换方法联合优质护理,可促进患者病情恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing effect of double pump replacement method in critical patients with noradrenaline in ICU. Methods 96 cases of critical patients with noradrenaline in ICU admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, both groups were treated with double pump replacement method, the control group and the observation group respectively adopted the routine nursing and excellent nursing, both groups had 48 cases, and the satisfactory rate, incidence rate of adverse reactions, blood pressure fluctuation time, maximum range of blood pressure fluctuation and initial blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The maximum range of blood pressure, blood pressure fluctuation time, satisfactory rate and incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group were respectively(32.69 ±6.14)mm Hg,(122.69 ±18.43)s,100.00% and 2.08%, which were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of noradrenaline by the double pump replacement method and excellent nursing in critical patients in ICU can promote the disease recovery of patients.更多还原
