维生素D受体Fok Ⅰ基因多态性与高海拔地区儿童氟斑牙的关系研究
Research on Correlation between the Vitamin D Receptor Fok Ⅰ Gene Polymorphism and Dental Fluorosis in Children in the High Altitude Area
【摘要】 目的检测并分析VDR FokⅠ基因多态性与青藏高原氟暴露地区儿童氟斑牙患病率之间是否存在关系。方法 2014年8月—2015年6月,调查青海省贵德县9~12岁儿童168名,对所选调查对象进行氟斑牙检查,其中可疑患病20例,轻度患病28例,中度、重度患病60例,健康儿童60名。选取60例中度、重度氟斑牙儿童作为氟斑牙组,60名健康儿童作为对照组,抽取外周血进行维生素D受体FokⅠ基因多态性分析。结果氟斑牙组儿童维生素D受体FokⅠ基因型FF分布频率高于非氟斑牙组(50.0%vs 30.0%)(P<0.05),ff分布频率低于非氟斑牙组(20.0%vs 41.7%)(P<0.05)氟斑牙组和非氟斑牙组Ff分布频率分别为30.0%和28.3%(P>0.05)。结论维生素D受体FokⅠ基因多态性与高原地区儿童氟斑牙有明显的关联。
【Abstract】 Objective To test and analyze the correlation between the vitamin D Receptor Fok Ⅰ gene polymorphism and dental fluorosis in children in the high altitude area. Methods From August 2014 to June 2015 168 cases of children aged from 9 to 12 in Qinghai were surveyed and the dental fluorosis of all patients was examined, including 20 cases with suspected diseases, 28 cases with mild disease, 60 cases with moderate and severe diseases and 60 cases of healthy children, and 60 cases of children with moderate and severe dental fluorosis were used as the dental fluorosis group, and 60 cases of healthy children were used as the non-dental fluorosis group, and the peripheral blood was extracted for the vitamin D receptor Fok I gene polymorphism analysis. Results The FF distribution frequency of vitamin D receptor Fok I gene in the dental fluorosis group was higher than that in the non-dental fluorosis group(50.0% vs30.0%)(P<0.05), and the FF distribution frequency was lower than that in the non-dental fluorosis group(20.0%vs41.7%)(P <0.05), and the FF distribution frequency was respectively 30.0% and 28.3% in the dental fluorosis group and non-dental fluorosis group(P>0.05). Conclusion The vitamin D receptor Fok I gene polymorphism and dental fluorosis in children in the high altitude area have an obvious correlation.
