【摘要】 目的探究超声引导下导管引流在治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿中的临床价值。方法选择2015年10月—2016年7月之间,在该院收治的哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别应用超声引导下导管引流术和传统的切开引流术,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症以及临床相关指标等。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率为97.06%,对照组治疗有效率为70.59%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.063,P=0.000);观察组治疗后的并发症其发生率为2.94%,对照组发生率为26.47%,两者差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.634,P=0.000);观察组患者的住院时间、拔管时间以及切口长度均显著优于对照组患者(t=13.635、10.658、8.695,P=0.000、0.001、0.009),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下导管引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿具有很好的临床效果,安全可靠,可以有效的降低并发症的发生率,缩短患者的康复时间,提高患者的生活质量,在临床值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound-guided catheter drainage in treatment of milk abscess.Methods 68 cases of patients with milk abscess admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively treated with ultrasound-guided catheter drainage and traditional incision and drainage, and the clinical treatment effect, complications and clinical related indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the clinical treatment effective rate and incidence rate of complications after treatment between the observation group and the control group were obvious,(97.06%, 2.94% vs70.59%, 26.47%),(χ~2=12.063,P =0.000),(χ~2=11.634,P =0.000), and the length of stay, tube drawing time and cut length in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(t =13.635,10.658,8.695,P =0.000,0.001,0.009), and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasound-guided catheter drainage in treatment of milk abscess is better, and it is safe and reliable, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications, shorten the rehabilitation time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth clinical promotion and application.更多还原
