【摘要】 目的分析雷贝拉唑联合康复新液治疗反流性食管炎的疗效及对患者血清胃泌素(GAS)和血浆胃动素(MOT)水平的影响。方法选择科室诊治的反流性食管炎患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组联合使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和康复新液治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床症状积分、疗效和血清GAS及血浆MOT水平。结果两组治疗后的临床症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组的显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的临床疗效和内镜疗效均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的血清GAS和血浆MOT水平均较治疗前显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合康复新液可显著改善反流性食管炎患者的临床症状,促进食管黏膜愈合,升高患者血清GAS和血浆MOT水平,显著提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effects of rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and its impacts on serum GAS and plasma MOT of patients. Methods A total of 106 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our department were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(n=53, respectively). The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules and the observation group with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Kangfuxin Liquid. The clinical symptom score, efficacy and serum GAS and plasma MOT levels between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the clinical symptom score in the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0.05), and the clinical symptom score in the observation group was much lower than that in the control group(P <0.05); the post-treatment efficacy and endoscopic effect in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05); the post-treatment serum GAS and plasma MOT levels in the two groups increased greatly, and these levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can significantly improve the clinical symptom of patients with reflux esophagitis, promote the healing of esophageal mucosa, improve the serum GAS and plasma MOT levels of patients and greatly improve the effects.更多还原
