气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物

【摘要】 目的建立气相色谱法同时测定工作场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。方法空气样品经活性炭管采集,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果 17种挥发性有机化合物线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.31μg/ml~6.06μg/ml,相对标准偏差为0.36%~9.93%,回收率为78.0%~122.9%。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于作业场所空气中17种常见挥发性有机物的同时检测。

【Abstract】 Objective The study aimed to develop a method for simultaneous determination of 17 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in workplace air by gas chromatographic. Methods The sample was collected with activated carbon tube, and then desorbed with carbon disulfide, separated with capillary chromatographic column of DB-FFAP, and finally detected by flame ionization detector(FID). Results Linear correlation coefficients of the 17 VOCs were all higher than 0.999. Detection limit of the method was 0.31 μg/m L-6.06 μg/m L, and the relative standard deviation was 0.36%-9.93%, and the recovery rate ranged between 78.0% and 122.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive, and accurate, and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 17 VOCs in workplace air.
