大型发电机涂装附着强度研究与实践
Study on Adhesion Strength of Coating on Large Generator
【摘要】 以"324型燃气轮发电机内表面喷涂改性醇酸漆附着强度>5 MPa,机座外表面环氧富锌底漆层附着强度≥13 MPa"为目标,从预处理质量、喷漆过程控制、固化周期选取等对附着强度的影响进行了控制研究及应用实践的总结。
【Abstract】 In order to the adhesion strength of sprayed alkyd paint on interior surface of 324 gas turbine generator is more than 5 MPa, the adhesion strength of epoxy zinc rich primer layer on outer surface of generator is not less than 13 MPa, from the effects of pretreatment quality, spray process control and curing cycle on adhesion strength were studied and summarized.
