多通道光伏汇流箱在线监控系统的研究
Research of online monitoring system of multi-channel PV combiner box
【摘要】 光伏汇流箱是光伏发电系统中必不可少的设备,对光伏汇流箱监测可以提高光伏电站运维水平。该文采用递推最小二乘法来测量光伏阵列电流,减小了随机测量误差的干扰,使测量值更加接近真值,提高了测量精度,并利用LabVIEW对光伏汇流箱设计一个多通道在线光伏阵列电流数据采集系统。实验结果证明,该系统监控界面能同时实现8个通道的电流数据实时显示、数据保存、故障警示等,可有效地观测出每一路组件的工作情况。
【Abstract】 The photovoltaic(PV)combiner box is an essential device of photovoltaic power generation system,and monitoring for it can improve the operation and maintenance level of PV power plant. The recursive least square(RLSE)method is used to measure the current of PV array,which can reduce the interference of random measurement error,make the measured value closer to the true value,and improve the measurement accuracy. The Lab VIEW is used to design a multi-channel online PV array current data acquisition system for PV combiner box. The experimental results demonstrate that the monitoring interface of the system can realize the real-time display,data storage and fault alarm for 8-channel current data simultaneously,and the system can observe the working condition of the components of each channel.
