【摘要】 在公共服务设施空间可达性评价的模型中,距离衰减参数和有效服务半径是两个关键参数,然而已有研究中关于这两个参数取值的敏感性分析还存在一些不足。以北京市养老设施为例,在重力模型法和两步移动搜索法相统一的模型框架中,对参数进行敏感性分析。结果显示,空间可达性评价结果对两个参数的敏感性均较高,且存在明显的空间差异性和分布特征。建议在实际研究中,应对参数取值进行多情景分析,从而得到更科学的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the measurement of spatial accessibility to public service facilities,the distance decay parameter and the catchment area are critical parameters. There are,however,still some shortcomings in the sensitivity analysis of parameters in existing studies. This study conducts the sensitivity analysis of distance decay parameter and catchment area under a unified model framework of both gravity-based models and two-step floating catchment area method,based on a case study of residential care facilities in Beijing. The results show that both the values of the two parameters have significant impacts on the accessibility measurement results. Moreover,the impacts show significant spatial differentiations and regular spatial distribution characteristics. We recommend that various scenarios should be set to examine measurement results of different values of parameters.更多还原
