【摘要】 目的:探讨推拿配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:收治椎动脉型颈椎病患者100例,依据双盲法分成观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予推拿配合针灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of massage combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:100 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases each group according to the double-blind method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with massage and acupuncture.Results:The total efficiency and treatment satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the quality of life score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type can promote the improvement of clinical treatment effect effectively and improve the quality of life.更多还原
