【摘要】 目的分析广东省嫖客人群的性病艾滋病感染现状和影响因素,为嫖客人群性病艾滋病的干预控制提供科学的依据。方法于2016年7-12月,在中山和东莞等7家医疗机构,采用横断面调查,收集患者的年龄、婚姻状况等一般人口学特征,性行为特征,艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒、淋病、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹等性病感染特征。结果本次共调查嫖客259名,平均年龄(35.66±12.39)岁,有11人感染淋病,占4.25%;46人感染梅毒,占17.76%;20人感染尖锐湿疣,占7.72%;5人感染生殖器疱疹,占1.93%;11人感染HIV,占4.25%;有7人出现了两种性病的合并感染,占2.70%。调查发现,年龄>40岁[比值比(OR)=3.081],文化程度为初中及以下(OR=2.239),最近一次性行为没有使用安全套(OR=3.885),有既往性病史(OR=2.477),过去没有接受过健康教育(OR=1.965)的嫖客更加容易感染性病。结论广东省嫖客人群性病艾滋病感染率高,中老年嫖客和教育程度低者是高发人群,要增强性病艾滋病健康教育,加大安全套使用推广力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status of sexually transmitted diseases(STDs)and HIV/AIDS among clients of female sex workers in Guangdong province,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for intervention and control of STDs and AIDS among clients.Methods Seven medical institutions in Zhongshan and Dongguan participated in the survey from July to December in 2016.The general demographic characteristics,sexual characteristics,HIV,syphilis,gonorrhea and condyloma acuminatum were collected.Results 259 clients were investigated with the average age of 35.66 ± 12.39 years old.11(4.25%)of them were infected with gonorrhea,46(17.76%)with syphilis,20(7.72%)with condyloma,1.93% with genital herpes,11(4.25%)with HIV,and 7(2.70%)with two kinds of STDs.The survey found that the influence factors making clients susceptible to STDs included those older than 40 years old(OR=3.081),education level of junior high school and below(OR=2.239),no use of condom last sex(OR=3.885),STDs suffered in the past(OR=2.477),and no health education(OR=1.965).Conclusion The prevalence rate of STD/AIDS among the clients of female sex workers in Guangdong province is high,esp.among the middle-and-old aged clients and those with lower education level.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of STD/AIDS and increase condom use.更多还原
